	How about a luau--Castle-style? Our staff dresses in Hawaiian garb and the boat is decorated with a Hawaiian flavor.


	HAWAIIAN CHICKEN Breast of chicken simmered in pineapple sauce.


	CHOOSE TWO MEATS

		HAWAIIAN CHERRY PORK LOIN Baked in a Hawaiian sauce until lean and tender.


	BEEF & VEGETABLES Chunks of sirloin, green pepper, onion, cherry tomatoes and corn-on-the-cob.


	Now, add all of these dishes and we’ll serve you buffet-style! Hawaiian rice, fresh green beans, Waldorf salad, salad greens, bread, chocolate-cherry cake, cherry-almond cake, tea, coffee, cola, diet cola, Sprite, tax, gratuity and a Castle tour inclusive at $27.50 per person. Substitutions may be necessary at our discretion but twill be a s close to the original value as possible.
