HAVE THE PLACE TO YOURSELVES!

Enjoy a spectacular evening at Solomon’s Castle and the Boat-in-the-Moat Restaurant. The stained glass windows glow at night. A sprinkling of Tiki lamps scattered throughout the grounds add to the warmth. The night sounds of the
Florida countryside bring the surrounding woods and streams to life. It is a wholly different experience from the daytime.

BBQ RIBS This is tender, fall-off-the-bone BBQ. The deep-Florida,
down-home swamp-style BBQ. Smothered in a secret sauce of molasses, tomatoes, country cane seasonings and a taste that’ll have you lickin’ your fingers to cheat the napkins. None better! Come hungry.

BUBBY’S ROAST BRISKET, POTATOES & PLUMBS Being raised during the
depression gave my “Bubby” (Jewish for “Grandmother”) the ability to “take a little and make a lot!” In this case, a meatier cut of beef is smothered in potatoes and plumbs. Yes, plumbs!
Don’t let the strange combination sway your decision. We are very proud of this delicious Castle tradition. The beef cooks-up TENDER and LEAN and when the juices mingle together, the outcome is
fabulous!

DEAN’S MANLY QUICHE Real men don’t eat quiche--oh yeah!! This was a dish we never
considered until Dean-O made a special request. Now, it has become a permanent part of our family recipe book. Contrary to his devoutly masculine image, Dean’s quiche is light and fluffy baked with bacon,
green peppers and onions--manly onions--in a flaky, golden pie shell. Eat hearty, with two hands and a fork . . . and Dean’s sense of humor.
